The Mix is a mixed use building in the heart of the El Paso downtown entertainment district. This 93 year old building has been renovated to its authentic charm. The goal of the project was to help initiate and increase living quarters in the district. It has 8,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 15 apartment units on the second floor. We exposed the brick work to maintain its historical charm but incorporated modern elements to the facade in response to its unique location.
